For ease of compliance, the The Insolvency and Bankruptcy Board of India Circular enumerates the fee payable by Insolvancy professional to The Insolvency and Bankruptcy Board of India. Wherever, compliance is to be made through online Insolvency professional account, the payment is also required to be made online. In other cases, where the online module is not yet operational like regulatory fee related to resolution plan or Form EA, the bank account details of the Board have been provided.
It is to be note that for the Insolvency and Bankruptcy Board of India regulatory fee compliance related to resolution plans, detailed calculation to be provided on letter head of the Insolvency professional along with supporting documents. Morove signed & scanned copy of Form EA may be filed at <ipreg@ibbi.gov.in>.
