New Helpdesk Number has been made successful by Corporate Ministry Seva Kendra and CRC Helpdesk to answer stakeholder queries on Company Name Availability and Company Incorporation, accessible July 17, 2020 (8:00 a.m.)

A new contact number for the CRC Helpdesk and Corporate Seva Kendra will be given to ensure the best facilities for dealing with stakeholder issues/questions.

New Change comes in company Amendment Act: New Amendment to U/s 92 of Companies Act 2013 made effective from today, i.e. 28.8.2020:

All the Company shall make a copy of the annual return posted on the website of the company's report and the web link of that annual return must be reported to the Board of Directors Report.

AGM Extention

The date of the AGM may be extended by 3 months from the deadline of the AGM to be carried out, i.e. if the last AGM was on or after 30/06/2019, the AGM may be continued until 31/12/2020. However, If the last AGM was before 30/06/2019 then this year the AGM will be carried out within 18 months, i.e. a 15-month time period already allowed +3-month extension. 

ROC Delhi & Haryana extend the last date to conduct the AGM by three months for all companies under its jurisdiction.
