Physical Verification of the Registered Office of the Company By ROC

MCA Amends Incorporation Rules:

• ROC has to prepare a Physical Verification Report of the Registered Office of the company in the given format. {MCA notifies Companies (Incorporation) Third Amendment Rules,2022.}
• A Registrar of Companies (RoC) is allowed under Section 12 of the Act to physically inspect a company's registered office if the RoC has a good-faith belief that the business being examined is not being done lawfully. Now that the Act is in force, a process for such physical verifications has been developed.
• ROC officer must include photograph of the company's registered office in his report. a copy of the agreement, ownership, rental agreement, or NOC from the owner, tenant, or lessor, as well as the person's self-attested ID card, are all available. if any. 2 independent witnesses of the locality. help from of the local police in completing this confirmation.

• Required to file Photograph of the Registered Office of the company to his report, NOC of the Registered Office of the company from, Copy of Agreement/ownership/rent agreement/ owner/tenant/lessor-Self attested ID-card of the person available, if any
• -In case registered Office is not found capable than Registrar of Companies issue notice to directors & Company.
