Mandatory requirements for registering a Company in India
- Irrespective of the number of Directors planned for the Company, it is mandatory that at least one of the Directors apply for Digital Signature
- Again, irrespective of the number of Directors planned for the Company, Director Identification Number is required for at least two of the Directors for getting the Company name approved
- An online form available for the purpose needs to be filled in and submitted for name approval by CRC – Central Registration Centre.
- Ministry of Commerce operates through Central Registration Centre and approves the name of the Company if the form is filled on all aspects in the required manner
- Through the INC29 Incorporation feature, the Company gets incorporated in an immediate manner if the name of the Company sent for approval is unique. This is done after obtaining the Digital Signature Certificate that is registered with Central Registration Centre
- When INC29 is filed, the Company is allowed to get registered on the same day
- All documents submitted need to be modified to suit the requirements of the Central Registration Centre if INC29 Form is unavailable
