How to perform a scam:
Sunny Kalra, Director of M / s, is alleged. Pvt. White Tiger Steels. Ltd. misappropriated a bank loan of Rs . 10 crores (approximately) from Punjab National Bank, Darya Ganj Branch, New Delhi, and unlawfully deleted the mortgaged items that contributed to the NPA loan account.
They withdrew mortgaged items on which the loan payment is unpaid (NPA) without consulting the Bank and used the fund for other purposes and did not pay the outstanding debt.
The action was taken by the regulators:
1. On 16 December 2015, a lawsuit was filed against Kalra, his wife, and others. After the registration of FIR, both have been absconding
2. The charges against them and three other GNP officials were filed on 22 December 2016, including the then Chief Officer, then the President & then the AGM.
3. On Saturday, the Central Prosecution Office deported Sunny Malta, convicted in the Bank Fraud Trial, from Muscat, Oman.
