2. No new IBC can be initiated up to 1 year
3. The minimum limit of IBC would be Rs. 1 Cr.
4. Decriminalized all the sections. Few Non Compoundable offenses would become compoundable offenses.
5. Compounding by ROC
6. Direct listing in foreign destinations
7. NCD listing would not be treated as listed companies for the purpose of the Companies Act.
