MSME SAMADHAAN – Delayed Payment Monitoring System
- Ministry of MSME has Introduced Scheme of MSME SAMADHAAN- Delayed Payments to Micro and Small Enterprises under Micro, Small and Medium Enterprise Development (MSMED) Act, 2006.
- MSME Development MSMED Act-2006 has procedures to deal with circumstances where buyers of goods and services from MSEs do not pay the provider for his supplies of goods or services within 45 days of acceptance. In these situations, the state’s micro and small enterprises facilitation council (MSEFC) can be contacted for mediation and arbitration.
- If the appellant is not a supplier but still wants to launch an appeal, he must set aside 75% of the award amount before the court can start deciding the matter.
- In case the MSME supplier receives a favourable decree, the buyer must pay compound interest with monthly rests on the payment amount to the supplier at three times the bank rate announced by the RBI.
- As per MSME Act-2006 “If Any Buyer/Customer not making your payment within 45 days or as per your terms and condition then Ministry will help you under the Provision of MSME DELAYED AND MSME ACT-2006”
WHO CAN APPLY?
- Any Micro or small enterprise having valid Udyami Registration or Udyog Aadhar (UAM) can apply.
- NOTE: If you are not registered with Udyog Aadhar then we can do the procedure for the same and registered your organization.
Related Provision
- The Micro, Small and Medium Enterprise Development (MSMED) Act, 2006 contains provisions of Delayed Payment to Micro and Small Enterprise (MSEs). (Section 15- 24).
- State Governments to establish Micro and Small Enterprise Facilitation Council (MSEFC) for settlement of disputes on getting references/filing on Delayed payments. (Section 20 and 21)

- Udyog aadhaar Number or Udyam Registration Number
- A maximum of three Purchase and Sales invoices can be uploaded.
- Scanned documents of sale & Purchase invoices for which recovery to be made
- Maximum size for document should not be more than 1 MB in PDF Format
