class=\"ez-toc-section-end\"><\/span><\/h3>\n<ul>\n<li style=\"text-align: justify;\"><a href=\"https:\/\/carajput.com\/rbi-consulting.php\">RBI<\/a> has now clarified that the approval of the RBI is not required for opening of Branch Office or a Liaison Office or a Project Office, in case the approval or license\/permission by the concerned Ministry \/ Regulators as the case may be, if the principal business of the applicant falls in the four sectors namely Defence, Telecom, Private Security and Information and Broadcasting.<\/li>\n<li style=\"text-align: justify;\">Further, in the case of proposal for opening a PO relating to defence sector, no separate reference or approval of Government of India shall be required if the said non-resident applicant has been awarded a contract by \/ entered into an agreement with the Ministry of Defence or Service Headquarters or Defence Public Sector Undertakings.<\/li>\n<li style=\"text-align: justify;\">The term \u201cpermission\u201d used in the Notification does not include general permission, if any, available under Foreign Direct Investment in the automatic route, in respect of the above four sectors.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h3 style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span class=\"ez-toc-section\" id=\"SEBI_Updates\"><\/span><strong><em><span style=\"text-decoration: underline;\">SEBI Updates:<\/span><\/em><\/strong><span class=\"ez-toc-section-end\"><\/span><\/h3>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><img decoding=\"async\" src=\"https:\/\/techstory.in\/wp-content\/uploads\/2015\/10\/sebi_22.jpg\" alt=\"Image result for SEBI HD Pics\" \/><\/p>\n<ul style=\"text-align: justify;\">\n<li>The Board decided that except in case of transmission or transposition of securities, requests for effecting transfer of securities shall not be processed unless the securities are held in dematerialized form with a depository. This measure shall come into effect from April 01, 2019.<\/li>\n<li>The <a href=\"https:\/\/carajput.com\/sebi-consulting.php\">SEBI<\/a> has clarified that the this decision does not prohibit the investor from holding the shares in physical form; investor has the option of holding shares in physical form even after April 01, 2019 and shall only apply, if any, investor who is desirous of transferring shares after April 01, 2019 and can only be transferred is the shares are in dematerialized form.<\/li>\n<li>Further, the transfer deed(s) once lodged prior to deadline and returned due to deficiency in the document may be re-lodged for transfer even after the deadline of April 01, 2019. The above Board decision is not applicable for demat of shares, transmission.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<h3 style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span class=\"ez-toc-section\" id=\"MCA_Updates\"><\/span><strong><em><span style=\"text-decoration: underline;\">MCA Updates:<\/span><\/em><\/strong><span class=\"ez-toc-section-end\"><\/span><\/h3>\n<ul style=\"text-align: justify;\">\n<li>MCA has inserted new Rule 38A and has mandated that the application for incorporation of a company shall be accompanied by a linked e-form AGILE (Application for registration of the\u00a0<a href=\"https:\/\/carajput.com\/gst\/gst-consultancy.php\">Goods and Services Tax<\/a> Identification Number, <a href=\"https:\/\/carajput.com\/pf-esi.php\">Employees\u2019 State\u00a0Insurance Corporation\u00a0(ESIC)<\/a> registration PLUS\u00a0<a href=\"https:\/\/carajput.com\/pf-esi.php\">Employees\u2019 Provident Fund<\/a> Organization registration with effect from 31st March 2019.
