href=\"https:\/\/carajput.com\/blog\/new-online-filing-eform-dir-3-ekyc-directors-for-fy-2019-20\/\"> e-form DIR-3<\/a> KYC and all of his personal data such as name, address, mobile number, electronic mail identification number etc. are as they were, then his\/her annual KYC must file the DIR-3 KYC Web electronic form.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<ul>\n<li>As part of updating its registry, <a href=\"https:\/\/www.caindelhiindia.com\/blog\/version-3-0-of-mca21-to-open-a-new-chapter-on-corporate-regulatory\/\">MCA<\/a> would be conducting\u00a0KYC of all Directors\u00a0of companies annually through a new e-form viz.\u00a0DIR-3 KYC\u00a0as per new The Companies (Appointment and Qualification of Directors) Rules, 2014.<\/li>\n<li>Today, E-form DIR-3 KYC now is on the Portal of the Ministry of Corporate Affairs(MCA).<\/li>\n<li>New\u00a0The Companies (Appointment and Qualification of Directors) Rules, 2014\u00a0Law:<\/li>\n<li>E-Form DIR-3 KYC is required to be filed pursuant to Rule 12A and Rule 11(2) and (3) of The Companies (Appointment and Qualification of Directors) Rules, 2014.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h3><span class=\"ez-toc-section\" id=\"According_to_rule_12A_following_persons_have_to_fill_the_e-form_DIR-3_KYC\"><\/span><span style=\"color: #000080;\"><strong>According to rule 12A. following persons have to fill the e-form DIR-3 KYC:-<\/strong><\/span><span class=\"ez-toc-section-end\"><\/span><\/h3>\n<ul>\n<li>Every individual who has been allotted a <a href=\"https:\/\/carajput.com\/blog\/tag\/director-identification-number-din\/\">Director Identification Number<\/a> (DIN) as on 31st March of a financial year. Due date of filing e-form DIR-3 KYC On or before 30th April of immediate next Financial Year.<\/li>\n<li>Every individual who has already been allotted a DIN as at 31st March, 2018 and whose DIN status is \u2018Approved\u2019. passport is ma0ndatory, and attachment also mandatory, permanent address should be abroad;<\/p>\n<p style=\"padding-left: 40px;\">3) aadhar mandatory for Indian citizens,<\/p>\n<p style=\"padding-left: 40px;\">4) Not required to attach PAN for Indian citizens<\/p>\n<p style=\"padding-left: 40px;\">5) Personal Mobile no. and e-mail id should not be linked to any other director or certifying professional<\/p>\n<p style=\"padding-left: 40px;\">6) personal e-mail id should not be official e-mail id &#8211; it should be personal like gmail, yahoo etc.<\/p>\n<p style=\"padding-left: 40px;\">7) foreign citizens &#8211; mobile no. should be foreign<\/p>\n<p style=\"padding-left: 40px;\">8) A foreign citizens but resident in India &#8211; mobile no. can be Indian<\/p>\n<p style=\"padding-left: 40px;\">9) Foreign DSCs not allowed, only Indian DSCs.<\/p>\n<p style=\"padding-left: 40px;\">10) attestation of documents by practicing professional &#8211; mandatory<\/p>\n<p style=\"padding-left: 40px;\">11) in case of change in address from the DIN records, first file form DIR-6 and then file form DIR-3-KYC<\/p>\n<p style=\"padding-left: 40px;\">12) passport not mandatory for Indian citizens, but if you mention Yes to do you have your passport, then mandatory to give details and attach passport.<\/p>\n<p style=\"padding-left: 40px;\">13) attestation rules to be followed as specified in the companies (incorporation) rules<\/p>\n<p style=\"padding-left: 40px;\">14) Driving license and EC Id &#8211; not mandatory, but if you specify the details, then you have to attach the documents.<\/p>\n<h3><span class=\"ez-toc-section\" id=\"Required_documents_to_file_the_DIR-3_KYC_form\"><\/span><span style=\"color: #000080;\"><strong>Required documents to file the DIR-3 KYC form.<\/strong><\/span><span class=\"ez-toc-section-end\"><\/span><\/h3>\n<p>DIR 3 KYC must be included in the following documents, such as:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Proof\u00a0of permanent address such as the passport or Aadhaar card or voting Id or driving licence or bank statement or\u00a0electricity bill and all documents are self-certified and may not older than\u00a02 months.<\/li>\n<li>If the Presents\u00a0address is not similar to a permanent address, then bank statement or utility bills which should not be older than 2 months should be annexed and should be self-certified.<\/li>\n<li>a copy of passport (if any).<\/li>\n<li>Copy of Aadhar Card<\/li>\n<li>Details of nationality<\/li>\n<li>Permanent Account Number (PAN)<\/li>\n<li>Personal Mobile Number or E-mail Id<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h4><span class=\"ez-toc-section\" id=\"KEY_Points\"><\/span><span style=\"color: #000080;\"><strong>KEY Points:<\/strong><\/span><span class=\"ez-toc-section-end\"><\/span><\/h4>\n<ul>\n<li>Form shall be verified by\u00a0MOBILE OTP\u00a0and\u00a0E-MAIL OTP.<\/li>\n<li>The form should be filed by every Director using his own DSC and should be duly certified by a practicing professional.<\/li>\n<li>NO GOVT.
