class=\"ez-toc-section-end\"><\/span><\/h2>\n<ul>\n<li>Huge Relief for Small Food Businesses : The Registration limit has increased from \u20b912 lakh to \u20b91.5 crore, benefiting <span style=\"font-size: 16px;\">Home kitchens, <\/span><span style=\"font-size: 16px;\">Tiffin services, <\/span><span style=\"font-size: 16px;\">Small restaurants, <\/span><span style=\"font-size: 16px;\">Cloud kitchens, <\/span><span style=\"font-size: 16px;\">Retail food outlets, <\/span><span style=\"font-size: 16px;\">Street food vendors, <\/span><span style=\"font-size: 16px;\">Small food manufacturers.\u00a0<\/span>Many businesses that earlier required a State Licence may now qualify for simple FSSAI Registration.<\/li>\n<li>Relief for Medium-Sized Businesses: The State License threshold has increased from \u20b920 crore to \u20b950 crore, allowing a larger number of businesses to remain under State-level compliance rather than Central licensing.<\/li>\n<li>Central License Threshold Increased: Only businesses having turnover exceeding \u20b950 crore will now require a Central License based on turnover criteria<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h2><span class=\"ez-toc-section\" thresholds, the FSSAI has also introduced reforms including<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Perpetual validity of registrations and licenses, subject to risk-based inspections.<\/li>\n<li>Measures to address dual compliance requirements for street food vendors.<\/li>\n<li>Flexibility for FSSAI to revise turnover thresholds in future through orders.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h2><span class=\"ez-toc-section\"
