establishment \u00a0of a CPC at IICA, Plot No. 6,7,8, Sector 5, IMT Manesar, District Gurgaon (Haryana), Pin Code: 122050, has been notified by the MCA Notification. The jurisdictional State Registrars have been replaced by the Central Processing Centre in handling the processing &amp; disposal of ROC online e-forms. This strategy is similar to the streamlined procedures already in place at the \u00a0Centralised Processing for Accelerated Corporate Exit ( C-PACE ) &amp; Central Registration Centre ( CRC ), both of which do not necessitate face-to-face interactions with stakeholders.<\/p>\n<p>The Ministry of Corporate Affairs Notification, issued on February 02, 2024, under Notification No. S.O. 446(E), will go into force on February 6th, 2024.
