Every year, Company must hold an annual general meeting before Sept 30 if its FY ends in March. A first annual general meeting, but may be held by the firm in fewer than Nine months following conclusion of the 1<sup>st<\/sup> Financial year. A company\u2019s Annual General Meetings should be separated by no more than Fifteen months.<\/p>\n<h3><span class=\"ez-toc-section\" id=\"MCA_FORM_ADT-3\"><\/span><span style=\"color: #000080;\"><strong>MCA FORM ADT-3\u00a0<\/strong><\/span><span class=\"ez-toc-section-end\"><\/span><\/h3>\n<p>Question : If the tenure of the previous auditor of five years has been completed on 31.3.2023 as ADT-1, then in my appointment, will I now have to take the SRN of ADT-3 from him or is only his resignation letter sufficient?<\/p>\n<p>Ans : If ADT-3 is not filed by the previous auditor, then you can go with ADT-1 SRN along with resignation letter and if ADT-3 is filed, then you can fetch the details from MCA site.
