The latest YEIDA plot schemes 2023 will offer applicants more payment options. Continue reading to learn more about the latest Yamuna Expressway plots and new schemes.<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Yamuna Expressway Authority has made a historic decision by changing payment options to favour middle-class purchasers. The Yamuna Expressway Authority will now expand the scope of part-payment by allowing homebuyers to pay the entire property value in installments over a five-year period following allotment.<\/li>\n<li>Previously, Yamuna Expressway Authority (YEIDA) allowed a maximum of 90 days following allotment to make the required payment.
