be issued to inoperative Permanent Account Numbers<\/li>\n<li>Pending proceedings as in the case of defective returns cannot be completed once the Permanent Account Number is inoperative Tax will be other financial portals, as Permanent Account Number is one of important &#8220;Know Your Customer&#8221; criteria for all kinds of financial transactions.<\/li>\n<li>Presently, taxpayers must link their PANs to their Aadhaars by the deadline of March 31, 2023, or they will be charged a INR 1,000 late fee.
