ROC procedures will help eliminate authorities&#8217; latitude and create a transparent system for the physical verification process.<\/li>\n<li>MCA &#8211; Amendment in Incorporation Rules,2014 Inserted Rule 25B. which allow ROC physical verification of the Registered office of the Company,<\/li>\n<li>ROC has to prepare Physical Verification Report of the Registered Office of the company in the given format.\n<ul>\n<li>Company CIN &amp; Name<\/li>\n<li>Name of Registrar of Company<\/li>\n<li>Date of authorisation letter issued by the Registrar of Company (ROC)<\/li>\n<li>Recent address of the Company\u2019s Registered Office as per the record of MCA 21<\/li>\n<li>Time &amp; date of physical verification of the registered office of the company<\/li>\n<li>location along with landmark\u00a0Details<\/li>\n<li>Details of the person available at the visit for physical verification including his name, father\u2019s name, residential address and relationship with the company (if applicable).<\/li>\n<li>Remarks (if any)<br \/>\nEnclosed with Following :<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Need to attach Photograph of the Registered Office of the company to his report_<\/li>\n<li>Copy of ownership \/ Agreement \/rent agreement \/No objection certificate of the Registered Office of the company from tenant \/ owner \/lessor-Self attested ID-card of the person available, if any.
