Signatory<\/strong><\/span>\n<ul>\n<li>The first and foremost step is\u00a0to get\u00a0DSC for all the proposed designated partners. The members can utilize\u00a0the identical\u00a0DSC to file ROC (Registrar of Companies) compliance forms, LLP registration, and tax returns.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n<li><span style=\"color: #000080;\"><strong>Step 2: Apply for DPIN<\/strong><\/span>\n<ul>\n<li>The next step includes filing an application for Designated Partners\u00a0number\u00a0(DPIN) in e-form DIR 3.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n<li><span style=\"color: #000080;\"><strong>Step 3: Get the Company\u2019s Name Approval<\/strong><\/span>\n<ul>\n<li>It is\u00a0a major\u00a0step\u00a0within the\u00a0LLP Registration Procedure. An LLP should have\u00a0a novel\u00a0name; otherwise, there are chances of application rejection.<\/li>\n<li>Once the applicant obtains the DSC and DPIN, he shall file for the approval of the LLP\u2019s name. for this, he is required to visit the official MCA portal RUN-LLP to ROC (Registrar of Companies).<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n<li><span style=\"color: #000080;\"><strong>Step 4: File Incorporation Application in e-form FiL LLP<\/strong><\/span>\n<ul>\n<li>After the ROC (Registrar of Companies) approves the company\u2019s name,\u00a0you wish\u00a0to file an incorporation application\u00a0within the\u00a0e-form FiLLiP.<\/li>\n<li>The LLP form entails all the knowledge about the proposed designated partners. Affix all the essential documents together with the shape. The applicant must file the shape with the ROC of the concerned state or area where the registered LLP office is situated.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n<li><strong><span style=\"color: #000080;\">Step 5: File LLP Agreement in Form 3<\/span><\/strong>\n<ul>\n<li>Lastly, file\u00a0the net\u00a0LLP agreement on the MCA portal within 30 days from the date of incorporation.
