due on and after 25th Feb, 2022 to 31st May, 2022 up to 30th June,2022<\/p>\n<p><span style=\"color: #000000;\"><strong>This issues with the approval of the relevant authority . case of late in filing all event based E \u2013 forms by <em>Limited liability partnerships<\/em> which are due on and after 25th February , 2022 to 31st May , 2022 up to 30th June , 2022 \u2013 reg .<\/p>\n<p>In view of the changeover from MCA 21 version 2 to MCA 21 version 3, the Ministry of company affair has received the request for extensions of time for <em>Limited liability partnerships<\/em>\u00a0to file event-based forms without incurring additional fees. In light of these assertions and in order to encourage LLP compliance, it has been agreed to allow <em>Limited liability partnerships<\/em>\u00a0to file various event-based <em>Limited liability partnerships<\/em>\u00a0e-Forms with due dates between February 25th and May 31st, 2022, without paying additional fees until June 30th, 2022.<\/p>\n<p><strong><a href=\"https:\/\/carajput.com\/press-releases\/relaxation-in-paying-additional-fees-in-case-of-delay-in-filling.pdf\"
