According to the regulations of the Ministry of Corporate Affairs, all companies must obtain a PAN, TAN, EPFO, ESIC, Profession Tax (Maharashtra), and open a bank account.<\/li>\n<li>SPICe is a comprehensive form via which an application for:<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<ul>\n<li style=\"list-style-type: none;\">\n<ul>\n<li>Incorporation of a company<\/li>\n<li>Name reservation<\/li>\n<li>Application for PAN\/TAN<\/li>\n<li>Allotment of DIN<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h3><span class=\"ez-toc-section\" id=\"A_Single_Application_Form_SPICe_SPICe_Plus_Helps_in\"><\/span><span style=\"color: #000080;\"><strong>A Single Application {<\/strong><strong>Form SPICe+ (SPICe Plus)} <\/strong><strong>Helps in:<\/strong><\/span><span class=\"ez-toc-section-end\"><\/span><\/h3>\n<ul>\n<li>The Form SPICe+ would have two parts viz.: Part A-for Name reservation for new companies and Part B offering a bouquet of services viz.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p style=\"padding-left: 80px;\">(i) Incorporation &amp; Name Reservation<br \/>\n(ii) DIN allotment<br \/>\n(iii) Mandatory issue of <a href=\"https:\/\/carajput.com\/services\/permanent-account-number-pan.php\">PAN<\/a><br \/>\n(iv) Compulsory issue of TAN<br \/>\n(v) Mandatory issue of <a href=\"https:\/\/carajput.com\/services\/epf-registration.php\">EPFO registration<\/a><br \/>\n(vi) Compulsory issue of <a href=\"https:\/\/carajput.com\/pf-esi.php\">ESIC registration<\/a><br \/>\n(vii) Mandatory issue of Profession Tax registration(Maharashtra)<br \/>\n(viii) Compulsory Opening of Bank Account for the Company and<br \/>\n(ix) Allotment of GSTIN (if so applied for).<\/p>\n<h3><span class=\"ez-toc-section\" id=\"A_Single_Application_SPICe_INC_32_Helps_in\"><\/span><span style=\"color: #000080;\"><strong>A Single Application (<\/strong><strong>SPICe INC 32 )<\/strong><strong style=\"font-size: 16px;\">Helps in:<\/strong><\/span><span class=\"ez-toc-section-end\"><\/span><\/h3>\n<ul>\n<li style=\"list-style-type: none;\">\n<ul>\n<li>Registration of a new company<\/li>\n<li><span class=\"show-popp\">Applying for DIN<\/span>\u00a0allotment<\/li>\n<li>Name reservation<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<ul>\n<li>Readers may choose whether to submit Part-A for reserve of a name first and then submit Part B for incorporation &amp; other services or file Parts A &amp; B together in one go for the incorporation of a new company &amp; use of a range of services as defined above.<\/li>\n<li>A modern &amp; user-friendly front-office interface for client integration applications (SPICe+ and related forms as applicable) is being developed.<\/li>\n<li>Applications for incorporation (Part B) after name reservation (Part A) can be submitted as a streamlined phase in the continuation of Section A of SPICe+.<\/li>\n<li>Stakeholders will not be required to enter the approved name SRN as the approved name will be prominently displayed on the Dashboard<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<ul>\n<li>A click on it will take the user to continue the application via a hyperlink that will be available on the SRN \/ application number in the new dashboard.<\/li>\n<li>Resubmission of applications for business name reservation and\/or registration shall now be done by means of the form number \/ Name applied for on the new dashboard.<\/li>\n<li>From 15 February 2020 onwards, the RUN service will only refer to the &#8216;change of name&#8217; of an established company. 8. The new web form will allow on-screen file and validation of real-time data for the transparent incorporation of corporations.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"alignnone wp-image-12216 size-full\" src=\"https:\/\/carajput.com\/blog\/wp-content\/uploads\/2018\/01\/Run-Form-1-1.jpg\" alt=\"\" width=\"1700\" height=\"2200\" srcset=\"https:\/\/carajput.com\/blog\/wp-content\/uploads\/2018\/01\/Run-Form-1-1.jpg 1700w, https:\/\/carajput.com\/blog\/wp-content\/uploads\/2018\/01\/Run-Form-1-1-232x300.jpg 232w, https:\/\/carajput.com\/blog\/wp-content\/uploads\/2018\/01\/Run-Form-1-1-791x1024.jpg 791w, https:\/\/carajput.com\/blog\/wp-content\/uploads\/2018\/01\/Run-Form-1-1-768x994.jpg 768w, https:\/\/carajput.com\/blog\/wp-content\/uploads\/2018\/01\/Run-Form-1-1-1187x1536.jpg 1187w\" sizes=\"(max-width: 1700px) 100vw, 1700px\" \/><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>The approved name and related incorporation information as set out in Part A will be immediately pre-filled in all linked forms, including AGILE-PRO, eMoA, eAoA, URC1, INC-9 (as applicable)<\/li>\n<li>In order to ensure ease of processing, SPICe+ will be divided into various parts.<\/li>\n<li>Information once entered can be saved and modified.<\/li>\n<li>All Check Form and Pre-Scrutiny Validations (except DSC Validation) must take place on the web page itself.<\/li>\n<li>After the SPICe+ has been filled in with all the necessary information, the same will have to be translated to a PDF file, with only a click of the mouse button, to show the DSCs.<\/li>\n<li>All digitally signed documents will then be submitted along with the related forms as part of the current procedure.<\/li>\n<li>Changes\/modifications to SPICe+ (even after creating pdf and affixing DSCs) can also be rendered by modifying the same web form code that has been saved, producing and uploading modified PDFs to DSCs.<\/li>\n<li>DSC authentication and other validations must take place at Upload Stage.<\/li>\n<li>Enrollment for EPFO and ESIC shall be compulsory for all new companies established as of 15 February 2020 and no EPFO &amp; ESIC registry numbers shall be issued separately by the respective agencies.<\/li>\n<li>Professional tax registration is also compulsory for all startup companies incorporated in the State of Maharashtra as of 15 February 2020.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h2><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"alignnone wp-image-8553\" src=\"https:\/\/carajput.com\/blog\/wp-content\/uploads\/2020\/09\/SPIC.jpg\" alt=\"www.carajput.com; SPIC\" width=\"965\" height=\"1025\" srcset=\"https:\/\/carajput.com\/blog\/wp-content\/uploads\/2020\/09\/SPIC.jpg 800w, https:\/\/carajput.com\/blog\/wp-content\/uploads\/2020\/09\/SPIC-282x300.jpg 282w, https:\/\/carajput.com\/blog\/wp-content\/uploads\/2020\/09\/SPIC-768x816.jpg 768w\" sizes=\"(max-width: 965px) 100vw, 965px\" \/><\/h2>\n<h3><span class=\"ez-toc-section\" id=\"Who_can_use_file_the_SPICe_form\"><\/span><span style=\"color: #000080;\">Who can use &amp; file the SPICe form?<\/span><span id=\"who\"><\/span><span class=\"ez-toc-section-end\"><\/span><\/h3>\n<p style=\"padding-left: 40px;\">The below kind of companies can be registered using the SPICe form:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li style=\"list-style-type: none;\">\n<ul>\n<li>Registration of Section 8 Company (NGO)<\/li>\n<li>incorporation of Producer Company<\/li>\n<li>Part I Company registration<\/li>\n<li>New Company(Others)<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<ul>\n<li>All startups incorporated through SPICe+ (we.e.f. 15 February 2020) would also be required to obey for the establishment of the bank account of the company through the secure website linked to AGILE-PRO.<\/li>\n<li>The declaration of all subscribers and first directors in INC-9 shall be self-generated in PDF format and shall only be submitted in electronic form in all cases, except where:\n<ul>\n<li>Overall number of subscribers and\/or directors is more than 20 and\/or more than 20.<\/li>\n<li>Any such subscriber and\/or director shall have neither DIN nor <a href=\"https:\/\/carajput.com\/services\/permanent-account-number-pan.php\">PAN<\/a>.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p style=\"padding-left: 40px;\"><strong>Note:<\/strong> New companies formed by SPICe+ and thus acquired EPFO \/ ESI number would only have to file legal returns if they exceed the thresholds set by the applicable Laws.<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li><span style=\"color: #000000;\">Thus, we can state that New company Laws regulation under the SPICe Plus form easy for the company to be registered in India. <\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"color: #000000;\">Concluding That steps taken by the Govet over the last few years have substantially accelerated the process of Company incorporation.
