Extension on the various due date<\/figcaption><\/figure>\n<p>We would like to draw your attention to compliance with the Income Tax Act in a month which is listed in the following table. All such compliance will result in an interest late fee if not complied within time.<\/p>\n<p>In these hard times, in order to restrict the spread of Cov id-19 to their states, all the state governments are taking rigorous precautionary measures, such as lockdown, containment zones, etc., not being able to comply with these laws in due course.<\/p>\n<p>The late compliance of trade part, however, should be permanently withdrawn until the situation in the country becomes common and interest must be reduced at the very least if it is not waived.<\/p>\n<h2><span class=\"ez-toc-section\" id=\"Similarly_Extension_of_the_due_dates_for_different_GST_returns_in_April-2021\"><\/span><strong>Similarly, Extension of the due dates for different <a href=\"https:\/\/carajput.com\/gst\/gst-return.php\">GST returns<\/a> in April-2021<\/strong><span class=\"ez-toc-section-end\"><\/span><\/h2>\n<p>Statutory dates in April 2021 for traders to file their various GST returns.
