The Ministry of Corporate Affairs through Notification has announced the establishment of a CPC at IICA, Plot No. 6,7,8, Sector 5, IMT Manesar, District Gurgaon (Haryana), Pin Code: 122050, has been notified by the MCA Notification. The jurisdictional State Registrars have been replaced by the Central Processing Centre in handling the processing & disposal of ROC online e-forms. On the other hand, with the exception of e-forms, the jurisdiction of ROC will continue to have authority over corporations with respect to all other sections of the corporations Act, 2013, and its rules.
This is objective at more space to handle enforcement-related tasks capacity at the Registrar of Companies’ and Regional Directors’ offices to deal with enforcement matters.
Furthermore, it has been made clear that, with regard to the other aspects of the company Act of 2013, the jurisdictional Registrars would still have jurisdiction over the companies whose e-forms are processed by the Central Processing Centre.

It is anticipated that the CPC will process about 2.50 lakh forms a year once it is fully functioning. 4,910 Online e-forms have been received by the CPC, which is dedicated to processing them quickly and anonymously. This strategy is similar to the streamlined procedures already in place at the Centralised Processing for Accelerated Corporate Exit ( C-PACE ) & Central Registration Centre ( CRC ), both of which do not necessitate face-to-face interactions with stakeholders.
